Modul 1: Digitalisation (5 ECTS)
The digital revolution is in full swing. In the modern world, information technology penetrates virtually all company areas and processes – and is no longer solely the domain of programmers and IT specialists. As well as a basic knowledge of information technology and information management, participants in the “Digitalisation” module will be given, among other things, initial insight into working with ERP systems and into IT project management. This will equip them to carry out key interface positions between commercially oriented departments and IT departments or providers and to coordinate digital projects throughout the company.

Modul 2: Sustainable Leadership (5 ECTS)
In addition to specialist know-how in their respective areas, social and intercultural skills are among the most important attributes that successful managers can have. Whether motivating employees, conducting negotiations or firing their team up for a new project, rhetorical skills, presentation techniques, empathy and a capacity for self-reflection are indispensable for strong leaders. To develop these qualities, the module provides an overview of different approaches to leadership and the ethical principles involved in leading employees.
