Only the right marketing strategy makes a product or service successful! Especially in times when competition is soaring, creative marketing campaigns are crucial for successful product placement. Only clear and targeted digital media communication of the product features can attract the attention of customers and secure competitive advantages in the long term.

M.Sc. in Marketing & Digital Media Communication teaches you sound and specific expertise as well as extensive methodological skills to plan and implement advertising measures and marketing strategies. You will also get to know aspects of online marketing and, for example, deal with social media marketing. This program offers a critical analysis of the operation, functions, use, embeddedness and ramifications of social media in a globalized, networked society.

By completing this course, you can plan marketing and communication measures, measure the advertising impact of media used and align campaigns with market and target group requirements. The FOM Hochschule has developed a study programme, which will qualify you for a variety of tasks, for example in marketing and communication departments of companies of all industries as well as in advertising and PR agencies.

In cooperation with the FOM Hochschule, students from India have the opportunity to participate in the new Master’s programme "Marketing & Digital Media Communication" at the Indira Global Study Centre in Pune, India.

The first two semesters of the study programme will be held at the IGSC in India, and the third and fourth semester will take place at the FOM Hochschule at the German University Center in Essen, Germany.

The Master’s degree in Marketing & Digital Media Communication will be completed with the academic degree Master of Science (M.Sc.). The degree will be awarded by FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
